Line Cook
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook at East coast wings, you will prepare our signature wing recipes and side dishes to the highest standards, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our commitment to quality and bold flavor.
- 1+ year of line cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Front-of-House Server
Our Servers are the face of East coast wings — the first smile our guests see and the last impression we make. You will guide guests through our menu, deliver outstanding hospitality, and ensure every visit feels personal and welcoming. If you love people and great food, this role is for you.
- Previous serving or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one
Shift Supervisor
The Shift Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will coach and support team members, maintain quality and service standards, resolve guest concerns swiftly, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly from open to close.
- 2+ years of experience in food service; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor team members and lead by example
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
Delivery Driver
Represent East coast wings out in the community! As a Delivery Driver, you will ensure orders arrive hot, fresh, and on time to our valued customers across Port Washington. You are often the last touchpoint with our guests — making your role critical to the overall experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
- Familiarity with the Port Washington, NY area
- Friendly, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help us share the East coast wings story with the world! We are looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our community across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong writing skills and eye for visual content and photography
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram, and Facebook Business
- Passion for food, community, and storytelling through digital media
