The visionary behind East coast wings. Marcus brings 20+ years of culinary passion and an unstoppable drive for bold, authentic flavors.
Our Story
East coast wings has been serving bold, saucy, crispy wings to the Port Washington community and beyond — built on passion, quality, and real east coast pride.
Where It All Began
East coast wings started with a simple belief: great chicken wings deserve bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a place that feels like home. Founded in 2012 in Port Washington, NY, we set out to redefine what a wing restaurant could be.
Our founder, Marcus Rivera, grew up on the east coast — spending summers chasing waves and winters huddled around tables piled high with wings. The idea was simple: create a spot that captured that spirit, the kind of no-nonsense, flavor-forward food that brings people together.
From a small counter-service window on Main Street, we've grown into a beloved community destination — but our commitment hasn't changed. Every order is made fresh, every sauce is crafted in-house, and every customer is treated like family.
What We Stand For
These aren't just words on a wall — they're the principles that guide every decision we make, from sourcing ingredients to training our team.
We never cut corners on taste. Every sauce, marinade, and rub is crafted to deliver a real, unforgettable flavor experience.
We source fresh, never-frozen chicken and local produce whenever possible, because quality ingredients make all the difference.
Port Washington is home. We give back through sponsorships, local partnerships, and by keeping our doors open to everyone.
Every order is prepared fresh to order. We take pride in what we serve, and that pride shows in every bite you take.
The People Behind the Flavor
Our crew is passionate, dedicated, and obsessed with making sure every visit to East coast wings is one you'll remember.
